Aura is a USDC receiving connector your agent can install. Everything on this page works before you have an account; the guides at the bottom ask you to sign in.
Quickstart
Create an account and a test key
Sign up, finish onboarding, and copy the key it reveals. Keys are minted assk_test_…(test mode) orsk_live_…. Test mode moves no real money.Wire Aura into your project
One command installs the SDK, writes.mcp.json,.env.example, andAGENTS.md, and scaffolds a receive-and-split example.npx @aura-payments/cli init npx @aura-payments/cli login # paste your sk_test_ keyConnect your agent
Claude Desktop and other OAuth hosts take the connector URL directly — sign in, click Allow, no key handling. Hosts without a connector UI use the local MCP server.# OAuth connector (read-only tools) https://getaura.sh/api/mcp # or wire a host config with your key (full tool set) npx @aura-payments/cli mcp installCall the API
Every v1 endpoint takes a bearer key. State-changing calls take an idempotency key.curl https://getaura.sh/api/v1/wallets \ -H "Authorization: Bearer sk_test_your_key_here"
Packages
